Orientation
Orientation actually starts when you accept your position with Rhea & Ivy.
From that time until your arrival at the firm, you will be contacted and receive a “goody package” with awesome Rhea & Ivy logo items.
One month prior to your start date, you will receive a letter with documents and be contacted by your “buddy”. Your buddy will be your contact for all kinds of questions during your first few months. And, may be one of your best friends after that!
Prior to your actual first day, lots of things are going on behind-the-scenes to ready everything for you.
During your first week at Rhea & Ivy, you may…
- Receive your business cards
- Learn the R&I approach to audit and tax
- Ask the questions you’re dying to ask about Rhea & Ivy
- Get a laptop computer
- Get your first taste of marketing
- Lunch with staff in great restaurants
Orientation consists of 3 full days of presentations and hands-on experiences making you knowledgeable about every aspect of Rhea & Ivy. Within a few weeks after orientation, we will provide any follow-up training you feel you need, and you will be asked for feedback so we can continuously improve for the next group of new hires.
