- STEP 1: Learn about our Company. Browse our website, ask around town and school, and call us to learn more about Rhea & Ivy.
- STEP 2: Contact us. Let us know you are interested. To sign up for on-campus interviews, call 1.888.RHEAIVY or email recruiter@rheaivy.com.
- STEP 3: Get an interview. Bring your resume and prepare to have all your questions answered about our firm.
- STEP 4: Visit the Office. Set up an office tour, visit with our experienced professionals and see how we work for our clients’ business.
- STEP 5: Accept your Offer. Congratulations! We have a team with uncompromising principles and exemplary service, dedicated to building our clients’ business.
- The 1st Year: There will be an orientation period for all new hires at Rhea & Ivy. In the first year you will be exposed to a variety of audit and tax-related projects. You will be assigned a buddy, who will be an accessible source of help and guidance. Upon completion of the CPA examination within a specific timeframe, a bonus is awarded as follows:
- $2,500 bonus if you pass within your 1st 12 months
- $1,500 bonus if you pass within your 1st 24 months
- No bonus after 24 months
*The number of months referred to above is based upon when you actually sit for the exam and pass, not when your grades are actually received.
